The Problem
POCKETS OF COLLABORATION
Community Organizations, Entities and Government lack consistently working together. Bringing together all data to better understand the full scope of homelessness.
LIMITED AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND INCREASED RENT
The cost of rent continues to increase, Communities have limited policies in place for increasing rent. There is also limited affordable housing. These issues present immediate barriers to our most vulnerable populations: Seniors, Foster Care Aging Out Young Adults and families with children.
